Located on Keizersgracht in the former bakery of an ancient orphanage (currently top hotel The Dylan), Vinkeles offers a rich menu of exquisite dishes. Ask Chef Dennis Kuipers for his famous signature dish, Anjou pigeon. The grandmaster was awarded one Michelin star a few years ago and is well on his way to getting a second.
