MOMO offers a unique Asian dining experience and a spectacular bar. The open kitchen provides guests with a great view of all delicacies being prepared: Japanese-oriented dishes, ceviches and tiraditos (Peruvian-inspired appetizers marinated in lime and lemon juice), perfectly prepared sushi, sashimi and sushi rolls, seafood dishes like Chilean sea bass, black cod and Alaskan king crab and a variety of meat: lamb, duck and seared Wagyu beef. As part of the experience, guests share most of the servings.
