‘T Zwaantje

Restaurant ‘t Zwaantje is the place for old-fashioned fun. In here it is as if time has stood still, when you step into ‘t Zwaantje you enter a typical Amsterdam atmosphere. This is a “brown café” that is not bound by time or trends. For 35 years this restaurant has proven that newer is not always better, and that sometimes it’s very nice that even today you can come back to that old, cozy atmosphere. ‘t Zwaantje has an excellent reputation when it comes to Dutch cuisine. The extensive menu is full of the typical Dutch dishes. It’s a great way to get acquainted with real Dutch cooking.

Right in the center of Amsterdam, between the Prinsengracht and the Keizersgracht you will find is Restaurant ‘t Zwaantje. The restaurant has been in this location for over forty years. This is one of the few restaurants in the city where it is still possible to enjoy some authentic Dutch cuisine. Examples are traditional dishes such as ‘suddervlees’, real ‘stamppot’ and other traditional dishes.
