This elegant restaurant is located at Javaplein – one of the emerging areas in Amsterdam’s East. In the interior of Wilde Zwijnen (Wild Boar) you won’t find any old-fashioned Dutch tiles, stained glass in the windows or placemats on the table – the restaurant offers a contemporary decor and modern menu. The restaurant of Faysel van Thiel, Frenk van Dinther and Julia Bachrach serves a three and a four-course menu with fish, meat or vegetarian delicacies, all prepared in a traditional way.
