Dalí: The Endless Enigma

Dalí: The Endless Enigma
The Endless Enigma exhibition at Fabrique des Lumières showcases over sixty years of Dalí’s artistic development. Visitors explore surreal and metaphysical landscapes and view his imaginative works that often disregard logic and reason. The art is influenced by landscapes, European avant-garde artists, and theatre. Surrealism allowed him to express his fears, desires, and memories through experimentation. Though interested in natural sciences, his work was also shaped by Renaissance, classicism, and religious painting.

Music by Pink Floyd
The legendary music of the British band Pink Floyd, known for their technological experiments, is part of Dalí’s exposition. The band, formed in 1965, pushed the boundaries of music with new sounds and visual techniques. Their concerts were spectacular with pyrotechnic effects, lighting, and lasers, and their compositions referenced art, film, and literature of the 1970s, embodying a thriving counterculture spirit.

The exhibit is accompanied by the music of American composer Gershwin.
