The Tropenmuseum is one of the Netherlands’ largest museums for anthropology and ethnography. The extensive permanent display and regularly changing interactive exhibitions feature objects that all have a story to tell about humankind. The museum is renowned for its beautiful architecture and famous for its fascinating temporary exhibitions covering a variety of historic and modern topics. From the monumental Great Hall there is a wide view of what the museum has to offer.
