Jansz at the Pulitzer Hotel

Jansz, the new restaurant of the leading five-star hotel Pulitzer is finally open. the restaurant, housed in a seventeenth-century pharmacy, has a cosy Amsterdam atmosphere and serves a variety of simple but tasty dishes. On the menu you will find international flavours and modern classics – such as oysters, tartare, scallops, spring chicken and duck. If visiting characteristic Jansz just for dessert, then we can heartily recommend the homemade chocolate cake with caramel.

Volkert Jansz was a 17th-century craftsman with a refined taste, an eye for design and a passion for lively conversations. He loved the good life, but was also a firm believer that decadency and luxoury can only be enjoyed when you share them with others. With that life vision, the restaurant was created.

Here they serve the classics but with an Amsterdam twist, the old world of elegance is so close you can almost touch it during your dinner.
