Amsterdam Wine Festival


Enjoy a glass of wine at the Amsterdam Wine Festival in the Westergasfabriek. The festival is held twice a year. In March when it revolves around the harvesting season of the southern hemisphere and September when they focus on the northern hemisphere. During these months the wine farmers celebrate the new harvest, so lets celebrate with them!

The Biggest Wine Festival in the City

With more than 5000m2 of festival grounds and 300 open wine bottles, the Amsterdam Wine Festival is the biggest in the city. This March the wine festival revolves around wines from South-Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, Chile and Tasmania.

During the festival there are wine tastings, interactive workshops, masterclasses, wine quizzes and traditional grape stomping. Besides that the festival features live music and great food inspired by the southern hemisphere, cooked by local heroes.
