The Arita House wants to connect and promote contemporary Japanese and Dutch culture, with the ambition of revitalising the historical exchange between Japan and the Netherlands. Its exhibition shows the design and production process behind a collection of porcelain items from Japan’s Saga Prefecture, demonstrating how the designers involved were inspired by Japanese craftsmanship and cultural heritage.
