Expect responsibly sourced regional produce, sustainable seafood, naturally raised meat (with plenty of game in season), as well as a superior wine and cheese selection. Tip: Bordewijk is closed for Christmas, but there’s a fantastic New Year’s menu (available from 27 to 30 December).
