Bumbu Kitchen is the latest love baby of two local restaurant heroes; Casper Reinders (TAO Horeca Group) and chef Jaimie van Heije (Restaurant Moon and The Avocado Show). In this new restaurant Indonesian foodies get what they are craving. The chef has it’s roots in Indonesia so we are sure that the food is going to be sublime.

Dine in style at your own chefs table or at one of the hand-made tables in the restaurant. With the cool purple color on the walls and a spectacular view of the Amsterdam canals, we are sure that this is the next hot spot in town. Chef Jamie van Heije draws inspiration for his dishes from his grandmothers’ cooking. But don’t expect your run of the mill, Indonesian food. On the menu you will find creative dishes with an unexpected Indonesian touch. The restaurant and the interior feel fresh and surprising, fitting the oeuvre of both gentlemen.
