Burgermeester

Burgermeester is the mayor of burgertown, they’ve been serving up amazing burgers in the city before it was the cool thing to do! The meat is well-seasoned with spices we haven’t tasted anywhere else in the city. Besides that they use a tangy mustard in their sauce, giving the burgers some depth and the toppings are crispy and fresh. Just a great burger all around. The only downside? The seasoning might not be for everyone, but it is seriously worth a try for everyone who is on the hunt for the best burgers in town.

Burgermeester has 4 locations in the city, so there is always one close to you! Try their tasty burgers at Albert Cuypstraat 48, Elandsgracht 130, Utrechtsestraat 8 or Plantage Kerklaan 37. Here they prepare almost everything themselves, from the burgers to the toppings and sauces. For the meat lovers we can recommend the Bief Royaal or the Cheese Deluxe, for vegetarians the Spicy Falafel or Manchego burger is the best choice!
