Butcher’s Heaven

This flesh-focused festival, which takes place from 13-15 October at Food Center Amsterdam, is a magnet for meat lovers. Over 30 restaurants will present their best meat dishes, from impressive roasts to refined delicacies and all the “forgotten” bits, and the best BBQ teams from the Netherlands will do their best to impress. There’s also a masterclass by Dutch sausage whizzes Brandt & Levie, and a Jim Beam bar.
