We love us a good pop-up restaurant and By Gary in Amsterdam North is one not to miss out on! Headchef and owner Gary Loen won the 2015 edition of Masterchef Netherlands and has been cooking ever since. The restaurant has a cosy living room setting, that is to be taken literally. Some of the items in the restaurant are actually taken from Gary’s house.

The changing three-, four-, or five course menu is Asian and French inspired. September will be in honor of vegetables followed by Pork in October and Fish in November. You have the chance to visit this spot until the end of the year. They only serve 20 people each night, so be sure to make a reservation!
