De Kersentuin in Amsterdam

After 35 years the Bilderberg Garden Hotel’s restaurant De Kersentuin has undergone a metamorphosis. The new interior with circular booths, high and low tables and a prominent chef’s table with a direct view of the kitchen give De Kersentuin a fresh, cosmopolitan atmosphere. The menu is a mix of ‘pure products’ and signature dishes from 2-Michelin-star chef Stefan Sprang. All dishes are served in the form of an intermediate course.

Casual Cuisine in Amsterdam

The menu is a mix of pure products and signature dishes, all created by the chef Stefan van Sprang. Al dishes are served in smaller portions so you can try various flavors during lunch or dinner. For lunch the chef recommends 2 to 3 dishes and for dinner 3 to 4 dishes.
