In the heart of Amsterdam you will find “De Proefzolder” – Cheese Tasting by Henri Willig. In the cheese tasting room you can experience the traditional cheese making process. Expert staff will explain to you how price winning Henri Willig cheese is made. After the introduction and a short film about this traditional craft, a selection of homemade cheeses is offered. According to the Dutch tradition, accompanied by a specially designed mustard or a dip. Try the taste sensations of the various Henri Willig quality cheeses with a glass of wine, beer or a soft drink.

Daily tasting at 2.00 pm and at 4.00 pm.
The tasting lasts about 45 minutes and is only €17,50 per person.
