Escobar is a cosy (yet spacious) restaurant and bar located in the heart of the Pijp district. Their kitchen is loosely inspired by the Spanish cuisine and offers plates and tapas style dishes. Go there for lunch or dinner in a relaxed atmosphere – with cocktails and music until well after midnight.

On the menu at Escobar

The fun thing about eating tapas style is that you can have a taste of several different flavors. To make choosing a little easier for you Escobar already highlighted some dishes  on the menu, of which the Baby Carrots with Smokey manchego cream and black olive crumble is a favorite. Definitely also try the Traditional Peruvian ceviche with crispy corn if you love seafood. And for the meat lovers the Crispy fried chorizo croquetas. Still have room for dessert? The White Chocolate Mouse with passion fruit and almond crush is to die for!
