Gs is the perfect spot for anyone craving delicious comfort food (or having a hard time with a hangover). They have a not-so-secret love affair with brunch and bloody marys and they’re good at it.

It’s hard to choose a favorite from their menu, it’s all good. From eggs, to smoothie bowls and pancakes. Oh, and they love fried chicken. The Dirty South is Chicken ‘n Waffles with a twist: cheddar waffles, fried chicken, bacon served with sour cream and hot sauce.

Bloody Marys all the way 

At Gs they go all out when it comes to Bloody Mary’s, a cocktail typically made with tomato juice and vodka. They have a variety of interesting toppings like bacon, shrimp or an oyster. The Bloody Heiny is mixed with Heineken Beer and lime instead of vodka. Or how about the Bloody F*cked: served with a shot of absinthe. Now that’s a killer.

The Gs Brunch Boat

In for a trip? On weekends Gs has a brunch boat! For €39,50 you’ll be sailing through the Amsterdam canals for 1,5 hours. Included in this price is a dish from their brunch menu, a tipsy drink and a sober drink + a small dessert. Tickets are available on their website.
