Restaurant Guts and Glory at the Utrechtsestraat 6 in Amsterdam has massively gained in popularity since its opening in 2015. This restaurant is on to a winning formula: it changes the theme of its ‘menu chapter’ every three months. But the guests were so impressed by the quality and the amazing flavors, they started requesting food from previous chapters. So now the restaurant has found a way to serve their guests the food they love so much by offering the ‘Best of Chapter’.
’Best of Chapter’ by Guts and Glory
Guts and Glory offers 5, 6 and 7 course dinners, called ‘Best of Chapter’. They also offer 3, 4 or 5 course lunches. When it first opened, the focus of the first chapter was on protein (chicken, fish, beef, and pork) and later the restaurant drew its inspiration from various cuisines. The ‘chapters’ included Italian, Latin American, French and Japanese food. What always stays the same is a level of service you will seldom find in Amsterdam. On top of that, there is an easy ambiance and, of course, excellent food, well-loved by local foodies. Guts and Glory is here to stay.
