Grilled cheese lovers pay attention! After having opened several locations all over The Netherlands, Happy Tosti finally decided to come to Amsterdam. The perfect spot for breakfast or lunch if you’re craving a grilled cheese sandwich, known to the Dutch as a tosti.

On the menu at Happy Tosti

Located in the bustling Pijp Area, you’ll find Happy Tosti. Next to common toppings like Ham and Cheese or Chorizo and Cheddar, they have some unique sandwiches on their menu. The Tosti Pizza with pizza sauce, mozzarella, pesto and onion is a favorite. Or how about Goat cheese crumble with apple, roasted broad beans and honey. Yes please! They have a wide selection of sauces as well. Of course ketchup works well with grilled cheese, but truffle mayo or sweet chili is just as good.

Got a sweet tooth? The Choco Banana sandwich with M&M’s is the one for you. A freshly brewed cup of coffee to go with that and you’ll leave this place feeling happy and ready for the day!

Fun fact: The owners started this concept with the wish to create workspace for individuals that have a hard time finding a fitting job. The staff here are called Happy Heroes and are under professional guidance of a job-coach.
