Ice Amsterdam

We’ve said it before, winter is coming to the city. In the case of Amsterdam this means all kinds of magical winter wonderland fun! On the 17th of November Ice Amsterdam will, once again, open its doors – eh, its ice skating rink for everyone to enjoy.

Ice Amsterdam – Ice skating in Amsterdam

Ice Amsterdam is the name of the big ice skating rink on Museum Square. It once started out as a small gimmick, but over the last few years it has become a true icon of winter in the city! Join in and celebrate this season with a local favorite: ice skating! Forgot to pack your ice skates? No problem, you can just rent a pair of ice skates on Museum square.

Gather up some friends and play a friendly game of ice hockey or take your partner on a romantic ride along the ice. This truly is the perfect place to see Amsterdam in all its winter glory.

One important side note: Amsterdam Ice is cashless, this means you can only pay with your debit or credit card.
