With Mama Rosmina leading the team in the open kitchen, Mama Makan offers guests authentic Indonesian flavours, in a warm, buzzing atmosphere from morning until night. Mama’s signature dishes are her Rijsttafels, especially Mama’s Favourite or Vegan Rijsttafel, a colourful feast of Indonesian dishes including soup, starters, main courses and desserts. With Rijsttafels made to be shared, Mama Makan offers the perfect hotspot for date night or group celebrations. After a summer break, coming back soon to Mama Makan is Amsterdam’s first Indonesian brunch, offering a Indonesian twist on some brunch classics, as well as some daring new creations from Mama.
