Look Magazine’s photo journalist Douglas Kirkland and top fashion and celebrity photographer Milton Greene showcase a selection of their work of 1950s sex symbol Marilyn Monroe in one the coziest galleries in the Jordaan district. During his career Greene took over 500 photos of the celebrity in 52 sittings. Kirkland was responsible for the famous intimate series ‘Evening with Marilyn Monroe’, shot in 1961.
