Secondly, the restaurant rotates slowly while you eat, so never a dull moment there. To top things off, renowned signature chef Jaimie van Heije created a mouthwatering set menu, which makes dining here an even more dazzling experience. Van Heije and chef de cuisine Tommy den Hartog specialise in classical dishes with a modern twist, using only carefully sourced local seasonal ingredients.

And the restaurant isn’t the only thing that rotates in the restaurant. Moon introduces a musical guest chef every two months. This famous artist  makes ‘remix’ together with Jaimie van Heije with dish on the menu.
