The fourth Ron Blaauw gastrobar, a successful concept started by the acclaimed Michelin-starred chef in 2013, opened early this past October on Amsterdam’s bustling Leidseplein. Focusing on French cuisine and inspired by traditional Parisian bistros, Ron Gastrobar Paris serves up classics such as cassoulet, choucroute, steak au poivre, fruits de mer and boudin noir. Paired with excellent wines and French chansons playing in the background, you and your taste buds will instantly be transported to Paris. Magnifique!
