Probably the most beautiful park in Amsterdam, and the green centre of former workingclass area De Pijp. Sarphatipark is named after 19th century doctor, entrepreneur and city innovator Abraham Sarphati. It is the perfect place to spend a spring or summer afternoon after shopping at the Albert Cuyp Market. Bring a blanket, get yourself some snacks and drinks at the market and enjoy the park like the locals do! With the smallest rays of sun the Dutch come out to enjoy it, join them at the Sarphatipark!
