Saus West

Saus West is the new go to for all day brunch and amazing – we say amazing – cakes. The two owners behind this colorful new coffee bar and lunchroom with its acid blue walls, designer lamps and cheery yellow chairs wanted to “create a place where people feel comfortable enough to lie down on the couch and relax”.

Listening to music over an old-school radio and get some work done at the dedicated “laptop table”. They offer breakfast, lunch and happiness with their selection of sweet treats.

Tip: On sunny days you can ask for well-packed Saus West picnic basket. It’s filled with goodies like club sandwiches, salad, quiche, fresh fruit and lemonade to enjoy in the nearby Vondelpark!
