
When you first walk into Spingaren you see an industrial interior with lots of plants and other greenery. You completely forget that you are in fact at the Herengracht 88, in the middle of Amsterdams city center. Early 2017 the great minds behind the restaurant started with introducing their own charcuterie on the Amsterdam market. They are very passionate about their craft and in September 2017 this passion turned into the opening of a new restaurant: Spingaren.
Here they serve their great charcuterie on wooden planks to share with the table. Besides meat the menu also includes fish and a surprising amount of vegetable dishes. Spingaren has a revolutionary online booking system where they introduce flexible prices depending on the date and time you make a reservation.
