Super Sonic Jazz Festival

During the 6-day Super Sonic Jazz Festival, Paradiso and Super-Sonic Jazz will host numerous concerts by contemporary and innovative artists at 5 iconic churches in Amsterdam. Expect a diverse range in music styles, from African vibes, to soul and hip hop; all with a jazz approach. If you’re a lover of jazz music, you’ll be in for a treat!

From 13 util 18 November the Amstelkerk, Vondelkerk, De Duif, de Hofkerk and Paradiso will provide the scene for all that is new in the world of contemporary jazz. The line-up of the festival features local and International artists such as Archie Shepp, Moses Sumney, Thundercat, Hieroglyphic Being, and Zara McFarlane. Although they are all influenced by many different music styles, jazz shines through in all of their performances.
