We selected the best of Amsterdam Dance Event 2018 (ADE) for you, kicking off on Wednesday 17 October! During the world’s biggest festival for electronic dance music over 2.500 artists will be performing in 140 of the most iconic venues in Amsterdam. From Wednesday until Monday morning, the biggest names in EDM will gather in Amsterdam for five days filled with events, conferences, workshops and the best parties. With so much to see and to do we understand it’s hard to choose where to go. Let us fill you in on the best places to be and get ready to party!

Wednesday 17/10: ADE Live with Ama Lou, Dâm-Funk, LYZZA, e.a. at Paradiso

ADE Live is a two-day showcase program at Melkweg, Paradiso and Sugar Factory, where upcoming artists get the chance to present themselves. Discover hidden gems playing live during these showcases for music lovers.

Thursday 18/10: Audio Obscura x Spectrum at Amsterdam Centraal Station

Audio Obscura and Joris Voorn have a special night for you planned in one of the most special locations in town: the Amsterdam Central Station.

Friday 19/10: 62 hours – Het Weekend at De School

De School has something special planned. During Amsterdam Dance Event they will have their party going on for 62 hours straight! From Friday night until Monday morning numerous local and international artists will take the stage. Names include Courtesy, Batu, JASSS, Upsammy, Marcel Dettmann and Eris Drew. Go hard, or go home. Anything is possible.

Saturday 20/10: Circoloco X Loveland at Mediahaven

Are you ready for a ride? Circoloco is returning to Amsterdam Dance Event together with Loveland to celebrate EDM in style. Expect a wild night with names like Seth Troxler, Damian Lazarus and Apollonia.

Sunday 21/10: Cuttin’ Headz & FUSE London at Warehouse Elementenstraat

Be ready for a five-hour set from The Martinez Brothers with a secret guest, tiNI, William Djoko, and many more artists performing until the early morning. FUSE London will put up a show with selector supreme Enzo Siragusa joined by residents Archie Hamilton, Rossko, Seb Zito and Rich Nxt.

More than just parties 

Tired of partying, in for some relaxation or preparing for another night out? Amsterdam Dance Event offers much more than just party’s at night with their packed day time program. Workshops, lectures, expo’s and meet-ups, anything that’ll satisfy your music loving heart.

Hip Hop Brunch

Cut Throat Amsterdam offers a delicious hangover (boozy) brunch with bloody marys in an environment with urban music played by local and internation DJ’s. The menu at Cut Throat is New Zealand/American with tasty options like Huevos Rancheros, Chicken&Waffles, Pancakes and many more. The Hip Hop Brunch is a hangout and meeting spot in the center of Amsterdam for anyone looking for some relaxation and industry people of all forms.

Wednesday 17/10: Spinnin’ Academy

Load up during ADE

Loading up with a hearty meal might just be a good idea before you set out into the night. Meat galore at Cannibale Royale, Burgers at The Butcher Social Club or Spareribs & Cocktails at Pigs & Punch. Vegetarian or Vegan? The Vegan Junk Foodbar serves the damn tasty guilty pleasures without using any animal ingredients. Made it through the night and craving a very late (or early depending on how you see it) meal? These restaurants deliver food until well after midnight, ordering possible via Deliveroo or Thuisbezorgd.
