The meet comes from the Dutch “dubbeldoel” cow, this is a Dutch milk cow that can also be used for a high quality piece of meet. This means that the cow can be used for meet after she served  as a milking cow. When she retires she will go on an all-inclusive cowcation to be fed and grown into a meat cow. This is a new and sustainable way of using meat with the old and trusted beef flavor.
