Water & Brood is a great hot spot for breakfast and lunch in Amsterdam East. This part of town might not be packed with cultural highlights, but for food it is usually the place to be. Water & Brood is no exception, here you can sit down and enjoy an American style brunch with Caribbean influences.  What to order at Water & Brood

Here you can enjoy all day brunch with the O.G. Fraîche Fried Chicken & Waffles, this southern style fried chicken with maple syrup and scrambled eggs is the perfect start to your lazy weekend! Besides that you can also keep it light with the “Keepin’ It Light” which is Greek yoghurt, granola and seasonal fresh fruit served with scrambled eggs on toast. More of a lunch type? They also serve some great sandwiches, salads and burgers.
