Blauw aan de Wal is surrounded by the red lights and rich history and located in an attractive courtyard. The restaurant offers delicious and inspiring seasonal dishes, accompanied by fine wines. Chef and owner Daan Olthuis and his team will welcome you with open arms to taste their menu that is inspired by seasonal products.
A few favorites on the menu are the Scottish Razor Clams, Vialone nano risotto, Wild Sea Bass and Ibérico Pork. The chef prepares a regularly changing 3 to 5 course menu with passion and inspiring seasonal products. Their extensive wine list makes sure that with every dish there’s a perfect wine pairing possible.
