This centrally located restaurant was named after a lively square in Rome–a tribute to its owners’ family roots and the joyful Italian lifestyle–with the aim of creating a “lively meeting place for young and old”, just like that lovely Roman piazza with its olive oils, fragrant herbs and fresh produce. Here, that atmosphere is recreated using beautiful, fresh products, which the chef transforms into culinary gems from the rich repertoire
of the Italian cuisine
