Pesca
Not only are entrepreneurs Jos de Jong and Sven Sallaerts confident about their new restaurant Pesca, but the public can hardly wait for the doors to open. Last year 200 donors gave almost 100,000 euro to get Pesca off the ground. On the menu you will find a lot of seafood and oysters, tasty wines and carefully prepared cocktails. Pesca is unlike what you’d expect; it’s classy yet very affordable.
Pesca Amsterdam – A new food concept!
This isn’t your traditional, run of the mill restaurant. Here is no menu and no table service. What they do have? A fish market experience! After a warm welcome, you will be guided by one of our fishmongers who will help you choose your fish for that evening! You will be informed how much fish you need in order to share a lovely meal with your table. Next stop is the wine market, where you can select from a range of different wines or beers. After you are done “shopping” you take a buzzer through your table that starts buzzing as soon as your meal is ready, enjoy!
