You can escape the day at The Lobby

Restaurant De Lobby, located on the ground floor of Hotel V on the Nes, is the perfect meeting place for those who want to escape the bustle of the city. The stylish restaurant is decorated with an impressive three-meter high chandelier, vintage design furniture, beautiful art, a reading corner with a fireplace and features a terrace with a view of Nesplein. The ideal place to work, meet, eat and drink. The Lobby is situated on the beautiful Nes, a small street near the Dam Square and Rokin, where you find lots of great restaurants and bars.

Brunch menu
On the extensive breakfast menu you’ll find all the favorites you can imagine. From fresh croissants, french toast and scrambled eggs with salmon to yoghurt, fruit & granola bowls. In for Chicken ‘n Waffles deluxe? Their waffle with duck confit, black pudding, poached egg and hollandaise sauce is delicious! The lunch menu offers brunch dishes such as eggs benedict and American pancakes as well as meat and seafood main courses. Our favorite: Flammkuchen served with bacon, onion, gruyère cheese and parsley.

Dinner menu
When the evening falls, The Lobby turns into an even cozier place with a fire place and candles all around. For their dinner dishes the chefs use refined ingredients to create exciting flavor combinations. The menu is less extensive than the breakfast and lunch ones but every dish on there is worth the try. Tip: the Redfish with fennel, crab bisque and saffron risotto is mouthwatering good.
