At Syriana the flavors are a class apart; you could say we are dealing with a new culinary tastemaker. In the Lebanese cuisine the appetizers called ‘mazas’ are incredibly popular, the dishes are very similar to the Spanish Tapas.

In the restaurant you can also enjoy the unique Arab high-tea with lots of Syrian and Lebanese sweets & treats. Lunch, brunch and cocktails are served during the day and at night a delightful dinner with Arab tapas-dishes. New at Syriana is the “all you can eat” option; you can order 6 rounds with 4 dishes per round from the menu. In total that is 56 dishes with a choice of vegetarian, meat or fish mazas. This allows you to explore the Lebanese kitchen in a fun way.
