Sometimes you just don’t want a lot of fuss. No extensive menus or decorated dishes. Sometimes you just feel like having chicken. Tasty, sustainably farmed chicken. And a good glass of beer, or a long drink (how about a gin-tonic?) to start off your night out on the town. The founders of immensely popular Kip van ‘t Spit offer you exactly that. Due to the overwhelming popularity of their first rotisserie restaurant, they’re planning to open a second location in De Pijp this fall.
